In 2017, The League began a partnership with EfficientGov, an information service that tracks innovative solutions to fiscal and operational challenges facing local governments. EfficientGov provides local governments with access to information and tools that help reduce costs and improve efficiencies. One of the tools offered by EfficientGov is GrantFinder – a real-time, online searchable database of more than 7,400 eligible grants for which local governments may apply. This searchable database tracks federal, state, foundation and corporate grants available to municipalities and local non-profits. Through this partnership, League members will receive a single license per member for access to the database.

Please note that every member municipality must designate one contact only as the GrantFinder license holder. Marcia Cavanagh, League Marketing and Member Services Representative at mcavanagh@pml.org or 717-236-9469, x*256, can assist you to register and designate your license holder, to find out if you already have a designated license holder, or to change the contact information for your license holder. Once you provide the appropriate information, Marcia will supply you with access details and a point of contact at EfficientGov to get you started. EfficientGov staff are available to provide a tutorial of the database, its features and will be available to provide technical assistance going forward.
